Welcome to The Ocarina Museum!

This website is dedicated to showcasing the beauty, diversity, and history of ocarinas from around the world.

I started this website in the fall of 2019, with a small collection of photos (the ones with the white background) and posts. From the very beginning, this project was meant to be one that engages the ocarina community, because I knew I could not do it alone.

I am always looking for collections that complement my own. If you have a collection of ocarinas that you would like to showcase on this website, please email me at theocarinamuseum@gmail.com.

In the spring of 2020, I realized I needed help building a more professional website that has several core functions, one of which is to facilitate easy upload and organization of photos from community contributors. Then, life happened.

Fast-forward 3 years to the spring of 2023, and my collection has grown significantly. In fact, it has grown beyond my wildest imagination when I started. And for one reason or another, I was motivated to get this site up and running again. This version, which shall be known as Version 1.1, still does not have all the functionalities I wanted or needed. But at least it shows photos in an organized way.

You will find photos of over 200 ocarinas here. Significant updates, such as uploading new photos, have been suspended until I launch Version 2.0 of the website. Version 2.0 will include either a highly customizable filter or search functions, as well as improved navigation.

In the mean time, please use either the menu (top) or the page list (left on desktops and bottom on mobile devices) to navigate this site. You can also utilize the search box (right on desktops and bottom on mobile devices).

Thank you for visiting the Ocarina Museum, and I hope you enjoy your stay!
