宋伟 (Song Wei), who resides in Shenyang, China, is the sole maker of Imperial City Ocarina (ICO, https://imperialcityocarina.com/). ICO is owned by Bill Ahrens and is based in the United States.
In China, Song Wei’s ocarinas are branded as 沈阳牛头紫砂陶笛 (Shenyang Bull Head Purple Clay Ocarina).
Several of the ICO ocarinas in the collection were glazed by Tina Hardison with mother pearls in various colors.
